Questions
What type of vendors should apply?
We are interested in vendors who sell home decor and other home and garden goods.
If you feel that your product relates but aren’t 100% sure, please don’t hesitate to fill out the application. We welcome all who would love to participate.
When can I set up and break down?
Set Up Time: 11am
Breakdown Time: 4pm
You are allowed to pull your vehicle up to unload/load. Please do not park on the sidewalks or grass.
If you break down early, please respect the market traffic.
Are vendor spots assigned?
No, spots are available, first come first served. Plan to arrive early if you have a favorite location.
Where can I park?
Vendors can park in the parking lot or parking deck directly beside the market location. There are two parking decks on Mangum beside the location. All street parking downtown is free on the weekends.
Do you provide tables or tents?
Vendors have option of setting up tents no larger than 10X10. Tables and displays must fit inside 10×10 designated space and will be provided by vendors.
How is the trash handled onsite?
There are 3 trash cans located around the park. Vendors are encouraged to have minimal waste and clean their spot after vending.
What about payments and refunds?
Payments made to Meek Makings through Paypal or Venmo.
Payment deadline is November 25th
No Refunds after November 25th.
